Our
international summercourses
During a number of years many students from Universities in Mykolayiv
have studied at our department. They have been participants in our
international summercourses: Teaching history, Teaching civics and
Human Rights Education.
That was the startingpoint to have weekend-courses in Human Rights
in Ukraine. We started with these courses in spring 2007.

The Swedish Institute support a 3-year project within the
field of education.
The project is a co-operation between Unit
of teaching and learning and the Police academy at Umeå University, and two universities
in Ukraine: The Petro Mohyla Black Sea State University in Mykolayiv
and Kharkov National University of Internal Affairs (KNUIA, the
